Lavonca Boutique Hotel

Hotel in Walking distance to several restaurants and close to the sights in Colombo. Very decent and quiet street. The bed was very comfortable And all towels were clean.

Staff was kind and helpful but professionalism could be improved, no room cleaning in three nights . Pool is very small , not for swimming, especially when kids are around too noisy to relax for others. So we suggest to change boutique to Adult only. Bathroom was too small .

Very clean and big room.

We asked on booking for not top floor as no lift. Our room was on the top floor! 3 flights of stairs! Bit of a mix up checking in as we had friend helping with luggage and guy on reception said he could not come to our room! We felt he thought we were trying to sneak him in.

Decent location - very nice staff.

Rooms and hotel very run down - lights not working etc didn’t quite look like the photos. For the same price we could have stayed elsewhere in a cleaner room. Cleaning not quite up to scratch room felt a bit dirty. Not great value for money

La localisation, chambre disponible tôt le matin (après 13h de vol, on était ravis!) la literie était bonne et la piscine sur le toit est un vrai +

Es war einfach perfekt! Grosse Zimmer, sehr sauber- erstklassiges Frühstück & ein kleiner Pool auf dem Dach. Sehr freundliches Personal & hilfsbereit für jegliche Fragen.

The breakfast was really good. I did not use the pool. The room is just okay.
