The best place in Antwerp

It’s close to Antwerp central station, shops, and supermarket. The building also have an elevator which is helpful for your luggage. Would be nice to stay again.

Looking inside of the apartment seems nice with two tv (which I was very happy) one in bedroom and the other one in living room. However there are some issues that needs to improve such as: * spots on the floor * hair from previous guests both sofa and bed * used toilet paper * lack of condiments * coffee is not available * rug in the bathroom

The apartment is located near the central train station and is conveniently suited within the diamond district. It was a 10 min walk, and the manager was ready to receive us.

In complete transparency, I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. It was in no condition to receive us as guest. I will be as objective as possible: - the apartment’s floor is damaged with dents to the wooden floor; the floor was dirty with white plaster/paint stains, watermarks, and other stains. - refrigerator had mold - both the bed and sofa bed had hairs, and other debris. Also, bed was not made and looked slept in. - towels were stained and rough. I can continue; called the manager to work it out but instead i was told to change the linens and towels myself and that I had damaged the floor. We packed up and left; asked for a refund but got harassed. Do not book this place. I should have been weary of a high rating with only 4 reviews.

The apartment is centrally located. Quality area. On one side of the street is the city park and on the other side of the street is the diamond exchange which makes the area secure. Close to all shopping centers and a two-minute walk to the train station. The apartment is beautiful and modern. comfortable bed. The person in charge was available for any question and was very kind. If you want to stay, this is the right place!
