Great location , aging but verynice facilities , super clean , great staff. Right on the ocean with 2 separate beaches - 1 allows Kids 1 for adults only . Nice beaches with rugged rocks between them. At the Select side Ricardo Mercedes is the guy to help you !! Food was inclusive and ok but not great. The staff was the best part and lots of security everywhere!!

El jacusi estaba en buena temperatura, tambien me gustó que el buffet tiene una sección de mesas exclusivas para los clientes select el cual es más tranquila y los camareros son mas atentos y capacitados, el coffe shop a pesar de que la chica esta aprendiendo a preparar los tragos ella hace unos excelentes bloody marry y es muy servicial

Las bebidas carecen de ese toque

Todo, pero lo más importante fue la amabilidad de sus empleados. Fabia Rodríguez y Olfany Jiménez se destacaron por su trabajo y servicio en el comedor Bufet. La limpieza del cuarto espectacular. La atención de Ricardo a la llegada. En los restaurantes la comida fue excelente y la atención muy especial. El internacional lo repetimos muy bueno.

Lo único que puedo decir es que no hubo agua caliente, solo algo tibia más fría que tibia. Pero la temporada es algo caliente que fue pasable.

The adults area was really good and quaint. The resort and rooms need some updating The food at the Mexican restaurant was not good, but I should have known that being that these people are not Mexican. There wasn’t an ATM inside the resort property, so we had to step outside of the resort to find an ATM. Aside from that, the resort was fairly clean, the staff was fabulous, dinner at Hermann’s was outstanding. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves and we would go back, knowing what to expect!
