GRAND BASE Hiroshima Hikarimachi

無人受付との事でしたが、チェックインからチェックアウトまで、特に不便もなく快適に過ごせました。

The apartment offered a good amount of space and a comfortable place to stay. It was clean and the drying facility in the bathroom was a real help. It provided us with the amenities we needed during our stay. The Lawson store around the corner was very convenient. It is worth being aware that the property is about a 40 minute walk to the Peace memorial.

They sent wrong door pin tried messaging and emailing and never got a reply back over an hour later other guests came and let us use their check in tablet to call their customer service. QR code instructions say booking number not found, website they have you verify on said no reservation found….. check in process is the absolute worst. Had it not been for guests showing up I would have been at another hotel.

Very spacious and comfortable! Highly recommend for anyone travelling with 3 or 4 people!

We had problems with wifi in our room but customer service provided a solution for us at the end.

Great location and accommodations. A lot around the hotel and ready taxi/ public transportation nearby

The accommodation wasn’t known to taxi’s. On several occasions we were dropped off a few hundred metres away.

Lovely clean spacious apartment. So quiet. Everything was perfect. We loved it here
