The hotel seemed tired. Dusty furniture, old carpeting, needs a refresh

Location is perfect to take in the shows and fun shopping.

We were put in a room that of course had no room but worst then that, the roof vents were right outside our window. We complained but the desk clerk just giggled at us without any care, advice or apologies.

Great location. This hotel was previously part of the Vintage Hotel Group but is now an a Ascend hotel. Standards were not as expected. Shuttle to theatre was very helpful for disabled person. Very good shuttle service.

Bathroom in Premium Room very small. Shower not clean. TV channels minimum. One bathrobe in King size room ?

Good in general but restaurant was complete disappointment as food was cold and seemed to be cooked the day before.

The look to the Avon Theatre was excellent.

The king suite is very dated and the bathroom is very much in need of a serious update. In order to access the shower, one must step over a 1-2’ foot tub making the climb dangerous to say the least. The water pressure is low to almost nothing. I expected much more for the price I paid for the room.

Room, cleanliness, staff, service, location- all excellent. Only thing that was annoying was the air conditioning unit in the room (noisy so couldn’t keep the fan running all night for air flow). A bit noisy outside to keep the window open. Otherwise, great spot.
