Very comfortable. Lovely Staff, great facilities and very good value for money. Breakfast was great as well.

the location

False advertising. There are 4 lockable bedrooms in a large house (not a cottage), with a shared bathroom, shared toilet, shared lounge and shared kitchen (not at all what was expected). Other guests were inconsiderate: lights left on which shone through the glass panel in the bedroom door. Bedroom 2 - nowhere to hang any clothes, no flat surfaces to put suitcases and other things on (had to use the 2 single beds), no mirror.

The property is very clean, comfortable and easy to access with welcoming hosts and a great vibe. Also, a very yummy and generous breakfast.

Comfortable bed, decor, fully equipped kitchen, great range of food for breakfast, quiet area. Only 2 others staying so no problem with the shared bathroom. Good value !

TV in lounge only had sound for channels 7,9&10 - hopefully fixed soon (tv in bedroom worked great)

Wonderful homely house with well-stocked kitchen. The very generous pantry and fridge provisions were amazing. Off-street parking is very welcome.

Clean, safe, access to a lounge room and kitchen. Breakfast foods available in the fridge, coffee, tea, biccies available in pantry. I smoke, so was nice to have ashtrays outside on the picnic table. Little tables out the front for the afternoon sun with a great view of the mountains. It was great to be able to use the entire space during my stay.

The shared bathroom is very clean, however if there was an ensuite option, I would have rated the venue a 10/10. Quite dark in the driveway (if you have to park out the front), but parking also available at the back.

Gwyne was very friendly, gave us instructions in how to let ourselves in which made it easy to look after ourselves. Stocked fridge for breakfast, easy spot to stop.
