Red Carpet Inn & Suites

It was a family visit. Not welcoming customer service. Old fashioned room and room security. Washroom wasn't clean enough. Beside cheap room rent, its not recommended.

Price and location were ideal. Staff were nice. The property grounds were very clean and well taken care of.

There was a pretty interesting staining on carpet in first room (maybe it was candle wax? I dunno … I didn’t touch it), was moved rooms even though we had requested a call if we had to move (we booked a single queen for one night and we decided to travel and start our stay the night before so we were put in a 2 bed for the single night). We did not get a call, we even told them we were only 20 minutes away and could come back AT ANY TIME, they moved all of our belongings and our phone charger and dual block went missing. First room beds were hard as rock but the second night bed was very comfortable and the room was much nicer. The air conditioners in the rooms are at the ceiling! If you want to use it you have to climb ontop of a counter. Extremely unsafe. It was not ALL bad. It was very quiet, staff is polite, rooms are still clean but they do use a lot of fabreeze though. For us, it was ok, but if you have allergies or are sensitive to scents, stay elsewhere.

I was about to book this hotel and called. The guy told me he will call me back and he did and told me me he only have smoking room and I accepted. When he told me $700 for a week and $500 for 5 nights, I was a bit reluctant and told him that i will call you back because it sounded too cheap and wanted to make sure it's clean and no bad review and told him i will call you back in just a few minutes. He said he is running this hotel for 15 years but i told him - doesn't matter how log, but how clean is important. He just hung up on me! I called back to see how his response would be if i ma to tell him he seemed to be rude to hang up on me; he just cursed and hang up again! I am glad i was not able to book this hotel!

Disgusting fleabag. We wouldn’t even take our clothes off to sleep.

Rooms were dark. No face cloths or coffee machine. When enquired about it. Was told because of covid they dont suppy coffee. Air conditionerwas near ceiling. So you couldnt turn it on or adjust. No contolls for it.

You cannot beat this motel for value and location. Sure, it's not the nicest morel I have ever stayed in, but it is clean, has a great location and the owners are very friendly.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very nice location. Ample parking and very safe area.
