The front desk lady was very bad language use and rude behaviour

Dingy room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. The toilet malfunctioned, and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the owner accused me of doing something to the toilet. Only received half of my deposit back, effectively having 50 dollars stolen from me by the owner. I've never had such a horrible hotel experience, nor have I ever had the displeasure of having to deal with such a rude and unprofessional business owner. Red Carpet Inn & Suites was a regretable rip off run by a thieving, dishonest, and immoral hotelier. Deserves a 0/5 star rating.

Inconvenient when staff made a mistake putting me on the wrong room . Giving me a bad attitude even offer to give refund and discount.

Be aware of construction. I got maybe 2hours of sleep. There was a construction going all night and the people there didn’t say anything about it. When I asked them, all they could say was it’s not their fault and offered ear plugs. I know it’s not their fault. But it is their responsibility to let the customers know there will be construction going all night. I asked the construction crew and they said that it’s going to be about 2 weeks of construction all day and night.

I would not recommend this unless you have little to no choice. I believe that everyone has their own views.

Nothing except the location was ok.

The check in experience was difficult to understand. The value for money was atrocious. We paid over $130 for a slum. The room smelled, everything from the floor to the ceiling was dirty and gross. The pillows were old and very used. The towels were stained. The carpet was stained. The sheets were stained. The shower curtain was a disgusting sheet of pink and black mould. We could not use the shower due to its lack of hygiene. We could smell the cigarette smoke from the next room over. The chairs were too stained to touch or sit on. Toilet lid was stained. Room was hot and ac was hard to turn on and reach. Curtains were disgusting and stained.
