The front desk manager was awesome when we checked in on 12/9 very accomodating.

REPAIR EXTERIOR BACK DOOR BY VENDING MACHINES:Exterior back door would not close or lock securely time was around 10 pm creating a huge safety issue for us. Still unlocked not secured at 7am on 12/9. EXTRA BLANKET: Bed is like a dorm room bed very uncomfortable, sheet and cover so thin no additional blanket to help with the cool air 53 degrees when we arrived. WATER on 12/9 NO HOT WATER at 6:30 am.

"We didn’t stay as soon as I seen the roach we grabbed our bags and left.."

The person up front was nice.

We went thru 4 rooms before the person running it found us a room without a critter.. should have followed my instincts then and left but gave it a chance.. got in the room roaches were crawling on the walls floor etc 🤢
