Water press is not good at all but everything else was good.

Everything is available to you - FOR A FEE! LOL Want fresh towels, pay a fee Want cleaning, pay a fee You have kitchen in the room, but if you need plates, silverwear, pans.., you have to pay a fee We didnt even had full face towels availabe and only one little champoo and soap for 2 people for 5 nights lol The walls are paper thin Matress very uncomfortable Im surprised the wifi didnt came with a fee too

It slept great. Was a little on the sketchy when we drove up. The floor was a little dirty also. Overall it was pretty good though

Paid for a week in advance. After check out, I was billed for an additional two nights. I called the hotel but was cut off ever time I mentioned a billing error. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was credited the two night charge. One month later, I was charged again. I called WoodSpring again and was repeatedly disconnected. It was an extra $132 for nights I never stayed....!!!
