It’s clean and kitchen well equipped. A short walk or drive to all amenities.

The house’s external window frames have rotten and it’s very cold. Bedrooms only have the fan heaters and would be nice to have electric blankets for winter.

We loved the house and beds very comfortable.

We thought the backyard was fenced in from the front garden..we had my dog so had to put her on a leash so she wouldn't wander too far in the front garden from the backyard.

Close to Rye beach - quick drive and loved being able to bring our little dog who absolutely loved the shack

It was a little stuffy in bedrooms with no ceiling fans

"A lovely home in Rye"

Great location, modern interior and clean. House is well-equipped and set on a large block of land. The host, Amber was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any queries.

Bathroom is a bit small. Celing fan in the living area was too noisy.
