Nem volt légkondicionálás az ebédlőben, tehát az egy szörnyű érzés, hiszen izzadva kellett megenni a bárminemű felhozatalt, ami fölöttébb változatos volt. Ide jön pozitívként, hogy akár a medencéből is fogyaszthattad a megrendelt menüt.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. However..that’s the only positive..The location is up a hill at the end of the Rawie beach area and a steep climb. The facilities are very overstretched and primely Russian families with small children…the extensive time share complex adds to the lack of character and the mentioned mass of people makws for a challenging relaxating restful holiday…if that is what you need then you are on the wrong hotel…we had booked for 14 nights and left after 3 days terminated a considerable pre paid booking…

Over crowded..limited entertainment and facilities…breakfast was a scramble and at time lacking…the pool Area was very overstretched ..at time no sun beds..with no alternative in open space to sit or lay done except the small grass area…and constant techno music being played …

Great pool and excellent set up for young kids.

There is a bit of a smell in certain outdoor areas.

Nous avons été déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel, qui ne correspond clairement pas aux standards d’un établissement 5 étoiles. L’accueil n’était pas à la hauteur : peu chaleureux et manquant de professionnalisme. Le personnel à la piscine était particulièrement peu agréable, sans sourire ni sens du service. Le petit-déjeuner laisse également à désirer, avec un choix limité et une qualité moyenne. De plus, l’emplacement est peu pratique : situé dans une rue en montée, il était difficile de se déplacer à pied. Nous avons été contraints de prendre un taxi chaque jour, ce qui a rendu le séjour moins confortable.

L’amabilité du personnel surtout de la part de Aoom la réceptionniste. La piscine sur le toit. Le confort de la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner. La sécurité.

Que la chambre ne soit nettoyée que vers 17h-18h. Cela est dérangeant lorsqu’on veut prends une doucher et qu’il n’y a pas de serviettes propres.
