Kids club was nice - room was amazing. Pool looked great. Buggy service to beach was nice.

Our check out staff had seriously poor service and manners. Buggy service schedule wasn’t overly effective. They need more buggies.

The suites were super nice - spacious, modern, comfortable. Bed was suuuuper comfy and with super soft linens! Nice facilities overall although it feels a little awkward - you can’t get to the residential area through the lobby, you need to exit the complex, walk through the parking, and enter again. Kind and lovely staff. Special shoutout to Dear, Ying, and Dam. However I noticed that the hotel is short-staffed especially in the house keeping department, and it puts extra pressure on employees. It’s not a complaint from my end- just a concern for those wonderful staff!

The number of sun beds is minimal for a hotel with such high occupancy.

Great location and lovely helpful staff. It was exceptionally clean too

One of the most disappointing aspects of our stay was the lack of proper seating and relaxation areas around the pools. While the kids’ pool was well-equipped with loungers and shaded areas, this level of comfort was completely absent at the many other pools throughout the hotel which was a shame.

Завтрак проходит в темном помещении, было много людей и не уютно в зале. В остальном все хорошо.

Привести зону завтрака в нормальный вид. поменять мебель и делать уборку качественнее.

Modern design and well maintained, with very good sound proofing. Beds are comfortable, and rooms have all the necessities. Staff is excellent, from check-in to breakfast, which I recommend for the variety and qualify. Thumbs up to Rose for her breakfast recommendations, along with Kew, Tah, and J for great service!
