All in all we have been very impressed with the property. We were lucky that our room was in a building close to the pool and facilities not further back as others have suggested. The fact that we had two seperate rooms and a small kitchen in our room was wonderful. The resort is a little dated but in all the times I have visited Thailand unless you pay hugely high rates this is always the case. Our 4 year old daughter loved the water park and the kids club. I would not recommend leaving children unattended in the kids club as supervision was minimal and the door constantly being opened and closed to me seemed unsafe. The staff were always friendly and helpful. In La Vita cafe where I would go for my morning coffee everyday Rose was an absolute superstar. Helpful, friendly, confident and made a fantastic cappuccino. Tom who worked in the pool bar was also very helpful friendly and welcoming. Overall we are so happy with our 10 night stay here and will be back again.
