Pretty awful experience overall, except for Lori who was the only helpful one. I arrived at 11pm after a long flight and was left standing outside at the front door. When I finally got in and asked why, the guy just said “do you want me to cancel your stay?” — at 11pm, seriously? Next day I handed in clothes for dry cleaning so I’d have them for an important meeting. End of the day, I asked for them and the same guy said “oops, they’re still here.” Never sent them out, then tried to blame me. The whole vibe from the staff (other than Lori) was unfriendly, careless, and unprofessional. Easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

Great stay at this hotel. Staff were generally helpful although housekeeping didn't come every day. I requested they come but had to call downstairs twice for this to happen. Even then they didn't do a full service and seemed quite surprised to be asked to take away trash and towels etc. The restaurant menu was small and opening hours quite restricted so we didn't eat at the hotel many times. Lots of good local options but would have been good to feel like there was a breakfast buffet available for ease. The facilities were great - lovely room, very spacious. The gym was good. There was a kitchenette in my suite but no microwave or cutlery/crockery beyond coffee cups and water glasses - this would have been a good addition. Also no dish soap or sponge provided which we've had in other hotels. Not essential but just makes the trip a little smoother. Overall - great experience but just a few small things that could be improved.

The location is wonderful if you are interested in the art district, which we were! We also enjoyed the rooftop dining as well as the lobby restaurant. The issue we had was with the reception. We had booked the escape together plan. The gentleman at the reception desk (don't know his name as he wore a white tshirt and no name tag) was unaware of it and required a manager, Jacquie, to acknowledge we had the plan which gave us food credit daily. We were told we would get the credit upon checking out. That did not happen, as the young man at the reception desk also "didn't see" the escape together discount and charged us full amount telling us we would have to take it up with a manager who was not in at that time. We flew home and called and again, no manager, asst manager or supervisor were available. I left a message for the general manager and still, 2 days later, have not heard from him. I finally got Ryan on the phone who works at the reception desk and she was very helpful and saw the discount and gave me my credit. This was quite disappointing and frustrating to get what we paid for. Thank you to Jacquie and Ryan for helping us out. I wish more of the staff were as knowledgeable, kind and helpful as the two of you were. You made our 40th anniversary a trip of happy memories.

Really lovely stay at this hotel, got checked in and parked up super quickly and within 10 mins was at the gorgeous roof top pool! The bar staff were lovely and efficient, working so hard in the heat to deliver to the sunbed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and stylish. Would not hesitate to return if I am ever (hopefully) in Phoenix again!!! Thank you

"A Great Place to Stay in Scottsdale"

Location excellent,’within walking distance of the art district, historic old town and Civic Centre, with the waterfront district walkable but a little further away. Hotel room itself roomy and comfortable. Right across the road from the Western Heritage Museum, which was very good. Rooftop pool and bar very pleasant in late afternoon/evening.

Would have liked a working fridge and some tea in the room. Bit of a pain having to fill water bottle down the hall, but better for the environment than plastic water bottles.

"Very convenient location, the room itself is spacious and clean."

The room layout is very optimal giving a large and convenient bathroom.

The hotel lobbies look okay, the carpet is a bit dirty, not very appealing.
