The purpose of this visit is to clean, ensure everything is in good condition, and water the plants. This visit is mandatory. It will take place in the morning hours, and your presence is not required. We kindly ask you to leave the rooms as tidy as possible to facilitate the team's work. Additional cleaning services are available upon prior request only. You will find trash bags, a broom, and a dustpan in the kitchen cupboard to help us maintain a clean environment. The location, the quality and outside space

The pots on the terrace were all dried out which was a shame and the under sink cupboard in the kitchen was a little broken

"Bom apartamento para estadia rapida."

Apartamento espaçoso e bem equipado.

A área externa estava muito suja. Não conseguimos aproveitá-la. Além disso, como o apartamento fica no térreo, muito próximo à entrada principal do prédio, toda vez que alguém entrava ou saía do edifício, a porta de entrada do prédio, que não tem amortecedor, rangia e batia forte, fazendo um barulho bastante incômodo em um dos quartos.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön gestaltet. Ästethisch gesehen wenn es einem nur darum geht ist es wirklich eine gute Unterkunft.

Check-in war extrem schlecht. Wir sollten die Infos erst am Tag der Anreise bekommen und dann hat der Mitarbeiter einfach vergessen sie uns zu schicken. Damit standen wir vor dem Eingang ohne Code und konnten nicht rein. Auf unsere Chatnachrichten wurde nicht reagiert. Zum Glück wussten wir, dass das Hostel von dem gleichen Anbieter um die Ecke war und das Personal dort konnte uns dann reinlassen. Wir waren auch nicht die einzigen bei denen dieses Problem vorgekommen ist. Das muss besser gelöst werden! Küchenausstattung war zwar alles vorhanden aber sehr minimalistisch (3 Gabeln, 3 Gläser, etc.), weswegen man die Benutzung der Spülmaschine keinen Sinn macht.

Fijn modern appartement en stil. Heerlijke douche. Prima supermarkt om de hoek.

Wat verder lopen naar het centrum, maar wel goed te doen.

"Modernes Appartement, wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum"

Schönes Appartement, tolle Ausstattung. Tolle Lage

Nicht so gut isoliert. Ringhörig, Eingangstüre knallt zu, kein Stopper welcher bremst. Gäste oben an uns sehr gut gehört das Getrample....schade. Keine Haken für Badetücher. Etwas dunkel, da im EG und Läden zu... Preis/Leistung etwas hoch Easy Self-checking naja...
