"Unkepted up hotel"

Location

The swimming pool was full of green algae. It hasn't been kepted up. My granddaughters birthday adventure and couldnt swim. The bathroom was molded and shower nasty . Sofa bed had dirty sheet on it . Floor wasn't clean .l Elevators not working properly . Ice machines broken down . Worst experience ever at a Holiday inn express.

"It was a bed and conveniently located. That's about the best I can say."

The room we booked was decent sized, the staff was nice.

The furniture and bed were some of the most uncomfortable we have ever sat in and slept on. The bathroom had a grimy, broken shelf that clearly needed to be replaced. The breakfast was gross. Eggs were clearly bagged and reheated, potatoes were gummy from being reheated, and the biscuits were burnt.

"Nice staff, bad facilities, payment by booking.com didnt clear..took an hour to xheck in"

The staff was friendly and did their best

Ice machine broke, pancake machine broke, light in room broke, rust in pool area everywhere, pool water freezing pool area freezing. Unvearably cold.
