Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Bardstown by IHG

Good service from the front desk in the morning. The check in the night before was slow because the desk clerk was absent.

Stained carpet. Slow drain in bathroom sink.

Super clean. Large room. Seemed brand new. Breakfast bar was exceptional! Best breakfast bar at a hotel in a long time. They actually had egg white omelets and turkey sausage, so for the first time I was able to get protein at breakfast. Not to mention the warm, soft cinnamon rolls!!

Nothing.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Bardstown, KY. It was very clean, quiet, and the breakfast selection was EXTENSIVE. The biggest breakfast selection I've personally ever seen staying at a hotel. The only downside of our stay was that the pool was too cold for us to swim in. Otherwise, our stay could not have been any better!

Clean room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean bathroom.

While the hotel has recently been refurbished it was still missing the finer touches. Rooms had been recently painted, carpeted and tiled but doors didn't close due to tiles being higher. First room had no hot water.

very dated facility, toilet made strange noise all night.Not up to the standards we are used to at HI.

Our room had the heat on, it was upper 90's that day. The unit runs forever. Felt humid in the room, even the towels felt damp. Thought the room could have been wiped up better, the blinds were broke, the room smelled funky.
