Pronto Apartments

The location was convenient for us, as was the comfort of the room. It was clean and it had everything we needed which was good. Convenient having a laundry on the complex, as well as undercover parking. (no fees)

The TV's in the unit had very poor reception, internet was very intermittent making it difficult to watch TV at all. Our room was located on level 2, which was not conducive for a quiet nights sleep. Both of our neighbours (below us and above us) were noisy, outside of reasonable hours (after 10pm). It was like moving of furniture to clean, using their toilets (you could hear what they were doing including flushing) and on occasions being loud in conversations.

Not enough power point locations through the apartment. Kitchen tap washer needs changing, shower hot water tap needs fixing.

Lots of parking, laundry facilities are handy, well equipped kitchen, lots of hidden bonus things like the ironing board, etc. Everything you need to stay here for a short or long term. Very clean, decent wifi for working.

Needs shelves/cupboard in the bathroom to help with storing items in there, otherwise it was very good.

Friendly and convenient

There was no issue in collecting the keys. Very smooth.

Communication fluide. Tania adorable. Le logement était impeccable et très bien équipé. Nous avons bcp apprécié la TV qui offrait de nombreuses chaînes. Vraiment tout était super, continuez comme ça !

Great location. Tanya was always ready and available to assist at any time of the day. Apartment has everything you need for short or long stay.
