Pronto Apartments

The flat was super clean, bed and pillows were comfy. Came with toaster, kettle, microwave and all the cookware and utensils I needed during my stay. There was a beautiful view from the living area and balcony onto gorgeous large maple trees in the back which give you privacy. I also loved the sound of the fountains downstairs in the morning and evening. Couch was comfy. When I accidentally locked my keys in the flat one evening, the lady was friendly and helpful and came to let me in no issues without needing to wait long in the evening. Very much appreciated that.

The shower was terrible. The water pressure was very weak, the water took a long time to heat up (if it heated up at all). The shower head seems like it needed to be unclogged, it had what looked like white mould at the shower head and black mould at the joint. The two mornings I tried to have a shower there was no hot water at all, so had to have a cold shower. This was very disappointing given the price. Also, a lamp in the bedroom would be good, as well as an extension cord to plug in your phone. Some cushions for the couch would have been good too.
