It was amazing stay! The property is very close to the Kyoto station. It’s very clean, the beds are very comfortable and all the utilities are in perfect condition. I will definitely stay again!!!

Nothing in particular. Maybe I wish the staff were present at the property 24/7.

"Confortable pour une famille"

Superbe appartement de style japonais. Il y a une machine à laver avec des instructions en anglais, très pratique. Il y a un coin pour manger. La salle de bain est très spacieuse. Les lits sont confortables. Bien situé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Kyoto. Attention pour le check-in, l'hôtel vous envoie une adresse pour le faire avec possibilité de pré check-in que nous n'avons pas vu car nous étions déjà en voyage. Pour le check in , copier l adresse dans google map et il faut aller au 3eme étage et là on arrive dans un bureau et c'est là que ça se fait. Il faut arriver avant 20h (et nous sommes arrivés à 19h45) car la dernière navette est à 20h.

Lugar espacioso y cómodo, con zona de baño y cocina separada. Útiles de baño extra como cepillo dientes, pasta de dientes, champu...

No se pudo conectar el netflix. La lavadora/secadora no tiene instrucciones de tipos de programa a seleccionar y no se secó la ropa adecuadamente
