"Pleasant stay"

Friendly and accommodating staff at the premiere hotel in Gainesville. From the valet to reception staff, everyone was pleasant and represented the brand very well! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was nicely laid out. This will be my go-to hotel when I'm in the Gainesville area. The hotel is close to campus, which is a plus. If there are any drawbacks, I would say it was the helicopters landing late at night or early morning. However, I quickly acclimated and slept well!

Front desk not answering phone, needed to take shuttle back at night. Ended up walking as no one picked up the phone. Restaurant not answering phone. You need to offer room service.
