Great staff from the beginning of the stay until checkout. Nice social hour. Very comfortable room. Great area for pets.

Thought the pet fee was more than most places, but I understand.

Gloria Miguel is all about the details. So much about the details he always makes my company's reservation stays a breeze just like being at home. If we need somthing he is always tentative and helps by going above and beyond. Gloria Miguel you are the MVP !

We recently stayed here for about three weeks after a house fire, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The front desk Corina (actually everyone, I just dealt with her most) provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They were always friendly, helpful, and understanding during a very stressful time for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. They accommodated our dogs (we’ve never had such wonderful service when we traveled with our dogs), the hotel was clean, well-maintained, the staff who cleaned our rooms were so friendly, especially Shakira, and Jesusita, going above and beyond to help us with everything. And last but not least, Gloria who served appetizers and drinks in the evening!! She provided excellent service, delicious appetizers, and was so friendly and fun and had the best music selection!!! We will definitely be stopping in just to tell her hello! We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this location to anyone.Thank you to the entire staff!! We truly appreciate all the wonderful service you all provided!

Loved Chelsea! She was very affable.

Two of the breakfast attendants were helpful, but their attitudes were negative about it. The man at night was a judge and didn’t have a good attitude, as well.
