If I could give more than five stars, I would. Staybridge Suites Denver North Thornton is the kind of place that instantly makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. The entire team here radiates kindness, warmth, and a genuinely joyful energy that you can’t fake. Chelsea, Miguel, Rosa, Amelia, Jaylene, and Cece are absolute standouts. Each of them brings such a bubbly, thoughtful, and caring presence that staying here feels less like a hotel experience and more like being taken care of by people who truly love what they do. Every interaction feels personal, sincere, and full of heart. It’s rare to find a place where the staff alone makes such a lasting impression, but this team does exactly that. Because of them, I honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when I’m in the area. This location sets the bar incredibly high — not just for hospitality, but for how guests should be treated. Truly exceptional in every sense.

After finding out that the hot tub was broken I took a hot shower before getting into bed. The sheets were dirty and had red blood stains on pillow case, and top of sheets. Front desk brought some up and handed them to me expecting me to change the dirty sheets. When I refused because of the blood she got gloves and helped. She said she would have a manager contact me and that the issue was 'really bad.' They never did. When I finally did get a manager they said they would fully refund my company. I got an email a few days later they credited me $88. when I had stayed 4 nights for over $650. They obviously did not even follow through. I am coming back for another training in February and will never stay here again. After everything I still would not have left a negative review if they would have made it right, but they never did.
