GBClean comfortable accommodation and friendly staff. Ideally position for my purposes and the rooms had a separate access from the pub. The pub itself had an excellent range of real ales.

GBComfortable, clean, rooms with nice bathroom facilities. Friendly, welcoming, staff. Nice atmosphere in the pub (friendly, chatty locals). Plus, it's handy for events at the nearby Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings.
They no longer offer breakfast BUT there' s a place very close by that does.
GBLovely rooms - very clean and comfortable - in a great pub with good beer & nice bar snacks. Staff friendly and very helpful. Our third stay here and hope to come back!
