Easy check in, great location for our needs, and a wonderful breakfast.

It was a very nice room. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was just ok but it was a nice option for a quick meal.

Canceled Our Room. Called ahead for Early Check In and the GM stated they overbooked and canceled our Room. Offered Zero options.

The area was great as well as the location.

Simple things shouldn’t be lead to the belittling of others nor disrespect.

We had a confirmed reservation. Got into town and called to see if we’d be able to check in and we were told that they did not have a room for us because there was a convention in town. They made NO attempt to contact us before arriving. Staff was not very apologetic or helpful when I asked what I was supposed to do They told me to get a hold of Expedia. Very inconvenient and disappointing. Very sorry to hear that a convention trumped our confirmed reservation.

This was an amazing stay. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was so friendly. I’ll be staying again next time I pass through town.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night, just to get out of the house! It had a great location, it is across the street from RiverTown Crossings and close to all the other things we wanted to do. The hotel was very clean. There were plenty of common areas to sit and relax, if that’s your thing. We had to have a pool and the hot tub was a bonus. It was a spacious area, with plenty of pool towels and easy access to bathrooms/changing area. The hot tub was not “hot” to my standards.. so that was a bit disappointing for me but it was still enjoyable. We had a studio room and it was a great size for us. It had all the amenities we needed and even more we didn’t use. They use magnets to be placed on the outside of your door, if you need anything, don’t want to be disturbed or have a dog in your room. Cute idea! The free breakfast buffet was one of the nicest I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to quite a lot. There is a very large eating area as well. Though there was snow, we could see all the patio tables and chairs outside and outdoor televisions. It’s probably very fun in the warmer months as well. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Pros: Location, kitchen, suites with 2 bathrooms. Con: My grandson loved the pool and hot tub until he was told he couldn't be in the hot tub. The pool was cold, so the kids would run to the hot tub to warm up. Apparently this location has had an issue with kids, so now kids are not allowed. Front desk personal came and told them to get out. Will stay elsewhere next time.
