Ceiling leak in room over the bed so had to move rooms.

We stayed here for 8 nights very recently. The hotel was a pleasure to stay at. The king suite was comfortable. Plenty of space. The breakfast was very good. The staff was so nice. Lori at the front desk was very accommodating. Very pleasant. Manal, who set up the breakfast buffet, always had a smile on her face, did an excellent job. My new favorite brand of hotel to stay at.

Just stayed at the Stay Bridge in Grandville for the second time and I will definitely be back for a third. I think it’s a great affordable, yet high quality option. The location is wonderful as you have access to RiverTown Mall, so many other shopping options and restaurants galore. I always book a room with a little kitchenette which is cute and convenient. As a woman I feel safe staying here alone. I bring my dog and it’s convenient as there is space to walk him, ect. Pool and hot tub is clean. Hot tub could be warmer but it’s not a major deal. Breakfast has been yummy but I didn’t get up early enough this time to utilize it. Like I said, I’ll be back. Would definitely recommend:)

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we really like it. We had a studio king suit and it was perfect. The location is also a huge plus. The hotel also looks so cute decorated for Christmas.

Great hotel. Exceptionally clean with a beautiful courtyard. Great location across from shopping mall and many restaurants. Surprised we did not have housekeeping on weekends but all n all it was fine. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall, we like this hotel. But, it sure seems like things are going downhill some. For the good - The hotel is kept clean. The lobby, halls, entrance, and especially the rooms are all clean. The elevators are the exceptions and really need to be vacuumed and doors and control panels need to be wiped. The bed was great, television and choices were good, and linens in good condition. For the okay - the pillows are uncomfortable, breakfast items were not replenished quickly when depleted if replenished at all, and there is no weekend housekeeping, which is okay if someone picks up garbage that people put outside their rooms so the rest of us don't have to smell it. And the not so good - We were not given an upgrade to a suite as Platinum Elite members even though one was available, and dogs were in the food area. Pets being allowed in the hotel is not my thing unless they are service animals with papers, but we still chose to stay. That's on us and fine, but dogs allowed in the food service area is going too far. There needs to be signs and enforcement. And the smoking at the entrance ticks me off.

Staff was amazing room was clean and nice

It was one of the nicest hotel stays. It was especially nice having a pasta/salad bar at night.

Property was nice but the hotel double billed us (one via hotels.com and the other when they checked us in). Three staff members confirmed that they double billed us (and another guest too). Amazingly they were completely unwilling to issue the credit. Hotels.com did issue the credit but this is an issue with the hotel and i would highly recommend to NOT go to this hotel if you dont want to be double billed. We will not be back. Amazing how completly uncaring they were ( four calls all together).
