Very pleasant B & B: a nice large room, very comfortable bed, a bath as well as a shower. The breakfast was excellent and the hostess is charming and helpful. The location is great too, an easy stroll into town, close to the beach and to the gardens where there's a very nice bar and restaurant with lovely sea views and outside seating.

Excellent proximity to Devonshire Park and the beach. Beautiful quiet room with lots of storage, hanging space and shelving. Comfortable beds, good amenities and beautifully presented shared sitting room. Super breakfasts and friendly, welcoming staff.

Room 4 could have a larger centrally wall mounted TV. (Could not see the tennis ball when watching the tennis televised from Queens.)

We were greeted by janine who was cheerful and very helpful. She offered us a room on the groundfloor although she had oringinally had an upper floor room booked for us because she noticed i had a really bad limp due to needing a knee operation. For me it made our stay much easier and more comfortable. The staff were brilliant and so accomodating, they did everything to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was huge, very tasty and cooked fresh when you wanted it. Fantastic place, will definately stay there again. Definately reccomend.
