Great location, lovely breakfast and very nice property. Staff are warm and helpful.

We booked a standard double which we found quite small for our family and got a room on the third floor which was quite inconvenient with the baby as the property doesn’t have a lift. We were made aware of a £10 charge for the cot after our booking which we found a bit confusing as the booking stated that our child under one year old could sleep for free. The owner explained that the free stay applies if the child sleeps with us or we bring our own cot. We think the property is lovely but would have enjoyed our stay more if we booked a bigger room in the ground floor.

Clean and friendly. Beautiful sea view and well positioned in Eastbourne.

Would prefer there to be staff on site for 24 hours. Only one bedside table.

Een uitstekend ontbijt, heel vriendelijk personeel, perfect ingerichte kamer met veel comfort, dus zeer tevreden. Toppunt vonden wij de locatie, aan de boulevard, eetgelegenheden in de buurt en op loopafstand naar Beachy Head.
