The location, south of town, was great. Close enough to Grand Rapids but out of the hustle and bustle. Good restaurants nearby and it was an easy trip to Holland for golfing. Great room, very nice patio courtyard, really good breakfast with many choices, 24/7 coffee/hot water, nice people working, fast elevators. Also very clean all over.

Nothing at all(and we stayed 3 nights)

"Best new hotel during this summer vacation"

The swimming pool was perfect for us. The breakfast was much better than at other hotels in this price range. I especially loved your coffee brewing machine.

The ice maker was out of order, and it seemed to take a very long time to repair. Actually, I stayed at three different hotels this year and experienced the same ice-maker problem in all of them! If you can always fix this issue more quickly, you could become the best hotel in the U.S.

Loved the staff especially the morning crew. Comfy bed. Great breakfast with lots of options. Large room. Loved the shower toiletry options. Only thing I would say is the tv was hard to connect to options like Netflix and Disney
