Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Grand Rapids South - Wyoming by IHG

Overall, I was pretty happy with my stay. My only complaint is that I specifically chose a king size room with an accessible bathtub. When we arrived, we had no bathtub. We called down to ask to be changed to one with a tub and were told that there were no king-size rooms That had bathtubs. I’m not sure if the problem lies with Expedia or with the facility, but I was unhappy with the inaccurate description. We were told we would have to upgrade to a room that has two queens in order to get to a bathtub, but we were not offered that option.

Easy access to freeways and the airport. Quiet and safe. Helpful staff and full breakfast was included.

Upon entry the front desk representative was very professional, friendly and courteous. I apologize, for not remembering their names but the breakfast person treated us as if we were visitors in her home. We never felt rushed or out of place even when we were running late. Even invited us to try a variety for taste. Great experience and Thank you!

The only thing negative that I can say is I wish it was more soundproof because if you’re on the first floor, that’s all you can hear. Is people walking up above

Very clean, lots of space, comfortable bed, nice shower, desk space & closet space. Breakfast was very good & the staff was attentive.

It was down the street from the main route but it was easy to find.

The stay and facilities were comfortable. The room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

For some reason, the staff at the hotel couldn't connect with Booking. On the bright side, there was a room available, the same type we wanted. Due to the inconvenience, they gave it to us for a slightly cheaper rate.
