The hotel was clean and smells so fresh. The room spacious with new ID., the room so clean, spa was good, breakfast spread varieties and delicious. The good brand comes with good manners guest. I love the hotel standard.

The surrounding area not so clean and convenience store a bit far from the hotel.

Hotel was great front desk Agnes quick solution..staff warm

Booking.com was bad...when offering room is not same when come in the room ...when we chose Premier executive whit bath tube in picture and facilities different when we check in...so I have to upgrade to business executive..luckily staff Agnes was great to check available room to offering.

The hotel had a great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The pool was nice but a bit crowded. Overall, a comfortable stay with good value for money! Would definitely come here again if I can. Thanks Swissbel
