"Love how well maintained the hotel is."

Location and how clean and comfortable the rooms are. Beds are comfortable. Location was great. I like to stay here when I’m in town to visit family

The room I was in this time was pretty small, normally it’s not a problem. But we wanted to invite family to our room, but the size was a problem so we had to for go. I only say this because the last visit we had the room was plenty big so we thought this room would also be the same. So the disappointment was on us not so much the hotel. Also I was surprised, no microwave or coffee pot?

"Not worth the money"

The breakfast was nice and the lady preparing it was really sweet and kind.

There was no microwave in the room to heat up my meal. I was surprised that it had a mini fridge but no microwave. The TV didn't work. I could only turn it on by pushing the power button on the TV itself, not the remote. Then when the screen came on it would say No Signal. I called the front desk and they told me to come down and get a new remote because they were busy. I went down to get said remote and it still didn't work. The TV was the issue, not the remote. Never got that resolved. The lighting was really bad. Very dark, even with all the lights on.

Easy check-in. Stayed due to winter storm. The manager allowed me to stay in the room i booked on a separate day so I wouldn't have to shlep my belongings in and out in the storm , so I definitely appreciated that. My main complaint is the condition of the pillows. Need better quality pillows. Felt like flat rocks.
