We always value the minimalistic clean vibe of Tru and the early breakfast availability works with our schedule.

There was a crowd of guests who appeared to be utility workers smoking at the entrance. With them was a Tru employee. One had to cut through the smoke to get in the lobby. Once in another group of utility workers was flirting with employee behind desk. The whole scene was more bar like than hotel.

we love this location. the placement of where it is, is so close to all the best shops and restaurants and only less than a mile from the highway. we've always had a great stay here. and the staff is always friendly and patient.

Staff was great . Very clean and responsive. Great price through bookings. Plenty of great restaurants in area. Visited a local pub , had the best fried chicken wings. Fresh draft yuenling.

The hotel seemed to be pretty clean

The breakfast, other than the bagel was not good. Eggs were cold and runny we got milk that was frozen and yellow. The pancakes were like cardboard. In the room there was nowhere to lay our stuff. The room is definitely would not be sufficient if we had four people .I had to put my suitcase on the ironing board. The little bench under the TV is useless because we were staying for four days we had to live out of our suitcases, cause there were no drawers for our clothes. The 2 worst things were the water pressure in our shower. It came out only as a sprinkle. The other was the first night after we got settled in because the walls are so super thin the people next door with blasting their TV at 10:30 at night so we moved to another room ,quite the hassle. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I liked the location. It was very convenient for shopping and dining.

The breakfast wasn't the best and there were noisy doors opening and closing throughout the night.
