The breakfast was a. pleasant surprise with nice selection. Also great to be walking distance to a mall. Staff was lovely.

I was given a ADA room which I don't need, don't know why I had it. The heat/thermostat didn't work properly given it was 30 degrees one day. Pool was closed. The main reason why my stay was ok was the upstairs guests above me - not the hotel's fault but I could hear every foot step and they were loud and dropping things from 11pm to 2am.

"I had high hopes for my stay but was disappointed with my accommodations."

Location was good.

Breakfast food was not to my liking. Housekeeping staff said they could not clean the bathroom if we we present.The day that we were totally out of the room , nothing was done. the bathroom was not cleaned , it did appear that the floor had been vacuumed and trash wash emptied.
