Wir haben riesige Probleme beim Kontaktieren der Unterkunft. Über fast sechs Wochen versuchen wir eine Rechnung mit Firmenadresse nachträglich erstellen zu lassen aber dies ist praktisch nicht möglich. Bei booking.com erzählt uns das Personal, dass Sie nur in der Lage sind Reservierungen zu erstellen und über Email kriegen wir einfach gar keine Antwort. Wir brauchen eine Rechnung und das Hotel ist nicht in der Lage diese uns zuzuschicken oder uns zu in irgendeiner Form zu helfen. Wir mussten jetzt booking.com dafür einschalten was echt peinlich ist

Breakfast and the breakfast area was very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast items were not replenished in a timely manner. I had to wait 15 minutes for more bacon, scrambled eggs, etc. because the breakfast attendants did not check to see if breakfast items were low or depleted. Please train them to check, frequently, so we do not have to wait. Thank you.
