Home2 Suites Raynham/Taunton, MA

Ok for a day..just that..skip breakfast..horrible at best....so since I need 200 characters I will also say no one at the reception desk ...probably waited five minutes for someone to eventually get there..

The bed was not great. Had a big dip on one side. Lumpy The bathroom ceiling is peeling

I loved all the amenities of the room. The bathroom and kitchen area had all types of ants and bugs. Notified the hotel documented with pictures and they would do nothing about adjusting the rate for the inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this location.

It was a good pass time at home2suite and the service was perfect, spacious room good cleaning, nice bedroom but at the checking in they did not share with us the flyers containing information about the end time of breakfast that’s why we missed our breakfast. Otherwise everything is okay

Desk service went above and beyond

Amazing facility. Clean, organized and modern. Desiree Sweals, who checked us in deserves a raise. She was working solo and did an excellent job with everyone. She was checking people in, doing laundry, taking people whatever they were lacking in their rooms. She is awesome!

Hotel was very clean and comfortable would definitely stay again. Breakfast was a little lacking preferred to eat breakfast outside of the hotel. Overall, I would rate this an eight out of 10 stay. Using the app made it easy for check in and check out. Digital key is a definite plus! Didn’t utilize any of the services.

First night we had someone above us that woke us up at 2:00 am!!! Sounded like moving furniture! The next night above us woke up us again!!! On the third morning we had water leaking from above ceiling in the bathroom. ( maybe from the party people above us) The hotel gave us another room when we came back at 8:00pm. Also, the first morning got into shower & the shampoo bottle was completely empty!!!That afternoon went to Walmart for shampoo. This was the first time we stayed at Home 2 suites. I will not come back.
