Nice staff. Very accommodating for 2 adutls with 2 dogs. Just didnt' realize it was $233 per night! Nice long room wiht sofa and plenty of room and kitchenette for us

"Horrible Service, My Bed Collapsed"

I was planning on staying here while on vacation with my family but I ended up leaving not even 2 hours after checking in. Even worse, I was promised a refund for my cancellation but instead the charge went through and I haven't been able to get my money back for over a week. An hour after we checked in I went to sit on the bed when the entire bottom frame and the legs of the bed collapsed. I completely rolled off and almost hurt my hip when I fell and scrapped my foot. Luckily I rolled off towards the corner of the bed so I didn't get seriously injured, but my shoes, which I had put at the foot of the bed were crushed under the collapsed bed frame and my family and I had to lift up the mattress to retrieve it. Had I fallen off the bed differently, this could have seriously ended with a hospital visit. I was also traveling with two children and I can't imagine what could have happened to them if they had been the ones to sit on the bed when it collapsed. What's worse was that when we went to the front desk with this complaint, the manager was away at "an event" and could not be contacted for more than a minute or two. We had originally pre-booked a room with two beds far. However, they ran out of two-bed rooms that day. Before hanging up, the manager offered a one bed room with no additional cost, but expected us to pay $95 more for another one bed room to accomodate the number of people we had. Otherwise, we were expected to cancel our stay and find a room at another hotel ON OUR OWN without any assistance or guarantee of a room. The prices were obviously significantly higher if we had tried to book that night and the other hotel they suggested had ran out of double-bed rooms. It is outrageous that the manager left us to either pay more or figure this out on our own when clearly the hotel was at fault and a customer almost got seriously injured. I ended up deciding to just drive back home in the middle of the night and didn't stay the night at the hotel. I even left an incident report, but have yet to get a response or any proof that they even read the report. I'm a Silver level Hilton Honors member and am disappointed at the subpar level of service I am receiving in response to my loyalty to the hotel. I'm uploading this and picture evidence here so no one else gets hurt for the hotel's negligence and lack of quality control.

Staff was super friendly. The room was great and clean. The property has lots to offer, outdoor fire and grill available! It’s just outside the main strip of the town so it’s quiet and convenient. We enjoyed our stay here.

"Worth another try"

The computer system was down. I didn’t get my keys until the following day. Lobby of people trying to check in. The front desk girl kept her cool. The overall facility was clean but my room was not. Dirty bathroom and no sheets on the bed. My room was set to igloo and couldn’t get the temperature up.
