Home2 Suites Raynham/Taunton, MA

Currently staying at this hotel and the cleanliness is lacking. Several spots in our room have been overlooked. I talked with the front desk this morning and they were very polite and indicated they would take care of it. We just got back after being gone all day and nothing was cleaned. The toilet has urine all over the floor around it and behind it. Floor around the fridge has either left over dried spills or mold around it. Really disappointed to call this out and to come back to it still a mess.

I truly appreciated the personalized welcome screen in the room.

Unlike many suburban hotels that provide a view of a strip mall or a freeway, Home2 Suites in Raynham MA. offered a window view of a wooded area with a landscaped lawn in front. I watched several warblers with their distinct coloring fly in and out of the trees. Then I spotted the rabbit. The rabbit fed along the edge of the trees and nibbled the edge of the grass. I was so intrigued, I missed breakfast. Later I walked to a convenient restaurant and then stopped at an even more convenient Walmart to pick up travel supplies. On my walk back to the hotel, a wild turkey shuffled out of the woods and strolled across the road to disappear in another wooded area. Travel can be so stressful; a great restaurant and other conveniences within walking distance keeps me healthier. And viewing local wildlife adds to the benefit of a good night's sleep.

Our stay at Home 2 suites in Raynham was great. The staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. They were constantly cleaning the lobby and the place overall was clean and comfortable.

So First of all would like to say My stay was fine no problems there. After affects was charged 250 for supposedly smoking in room. I did not smoke in the room there was burn marks on the sofa an floor when I arrived with my kids. Its a hotel things like that happen i get it. But i didn't do it. With that being said they told me they had photo evidence of ashes an a cigarette butt. I provided my email twice still haven't received any So called evidence. Spoke with the lady at the front desk Jennifer at Home2suites in Raynham an on both occasions has been nothing but rude an acted like judge jury an executioner. I went there so my kids could go swimming an have fun an they did for $160.00 by the end of this whole thing it's turned in a $660.00 stay for things I did not do. Very unfair process an ur word means nothing if they think it was u too bad. They also just took the money without any notice or anything. Just very messed up in my opinion..

Didn’t shift staff was extremely rude within two minutes of entering the room. We got a phone call saying we were being too loud mind you this is within two minutes of getting there and we were not even being loud within 20 minutes the police were at our hotel door… Let me say this again the police the authorities were at our door because we were allegedly being too loud. We were not being too loud after that incident we immediately left, and as we were leaving, we told the lady we would like to check out, she said she was not able to check us out because she did Not know how to . Had to spend another $150 at a hotel down the street I will never return to this place again my first and last time being there I am looking to get refunded but I doubt that will happen extremely rude and inconvenient.
