Great property. Good breakfast and convenient location.

Direct TV did not have the World Series on the TV, but I streamed it on my phone. Nice staff and facility.

If you need conditioner to use after washing long hair, they have it at the front desk. Otherwise, very nice room and nice breakfast selection.

Whole stay was good. Great customer service, very clean, breakfast was good location by a lot of businesses and restaurants.

Conveniently located. Wal-Mart next door. Plenty of food options nearby. Looking forward to staying here again.

Positive: - The hotel made effort to respond to issues I raised, which is uncleanliness; though did not resolved, but still made an effort, that's positive. First room was unclean, the hotel changed me to two more rooms, but were even worse, so went back to the first room assigned, especially it's the room type I prefer and the type I booked, which I also paid a premium for. Negatives: - Called the landline to the front desk to talk about the cleanliness issue after arriving the room, the front desk staff, Jesse, hung up on me and did not call back to follow up. I made the call again and no one answered. I went downstairs and waited 10 minutes before Jesse showed up. He said he's the only person at the front desk and can't leave the front desk, but he clearly stepped away to empty out the trash cans outside. What he said is inconsistent with what actually happened. That could come across as dishonest. - A clustered of dusts and hairs behind the toilet. - Bathroom corners and floors unclean with cumulated dusts and hairs - cracked tiles in the bathroom - unclean and grease kitchen counters The room did not seem to be properly cleaned and sanitized. Unfortunately, when a room is unclean, the rating is severely impacted.
