The rooms were clean

No water fountain near coffee machine The staff rude We had told about airport shuttle fir 5.30 am We were late by 3 minutes and the shuttle was gone The front desk guy said it goes on the dot The next shuttle was supposed to leave by 6.00 but it came late and left 6.11 am Due to being 3 minutes late the shuttle left us and we would have missed our flight We told the front desk guy that he could have called us in the room The next shuttle instead of leaving at 6.00 on the dot left at 6.11 am This is not at all acceptable.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, zur Subway Linie 7 sind es etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in näheren Umgebung. Supermarkt, Pizza, Apotheke.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG zur Straße, dass war dadurch sehr laut, sowie der Frühstücksraum. Die Feuerwehr ist direkter Nachbar. Somit ist es etwas laut. Fenster können in der Nacht nicht geöffnet werden. Nach hinten wird es sicher ruhiger sein
