Initially, Although Hotel location seems a little far from Manhattan, transportation opportunities are very accessible. Also breakfast consists of bagel, omelette and cinnamon. They are very unique for first comers in New York.

In my opinion, they should put some water in refrigerators.

"If in that area again, would not have a problem staying here again except for C level room! LOL"

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to leave early and let my Granddaughter, son and her friend stay. They were able to utilize the shuttle to LGA. Trip to American Museum of Natural History was easy and fairly quick.

C level room (LL/basement) was a bit weird. But, I survived! The room was nice and clean though LOL

It was clean. The bedding was very nice. The staff was helpful, responsive and nice. The location was on a busy street but not a lot of loud traffic. The airport shuttle was a plus
