"Overall happy to be close to where we were visiting."

Breakfast was OK. Room was taken care of by staff daily. Bed was great, curtains locked light well. Surprised how quiet room was being directly on La Guardia flight path. Bathroom was great and nicely lit. The morning breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

No water in room...Cost $4.50 in company store. Everything in store was so expensive. Go to store a block away and pay ⅓ of cost at HIE. Staff could improve welcoming with a smile. Put water in your room like everyone else! You have a k-cup coffee maker in room with zero water.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Notre chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Le service est impeccable : la chambre a été faite chaque jour durant toute la semaine. Le personnel est sympathique et réactif. L’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter New York City : la station de métro se trouve à 10 minutes à pied, et on rejoint Manhattan en 15 à 20 minutes. Je recommande !

Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais pourrait être un peu plus varié.
