Yövyn tässä hotellissa usein koska sen sijainti on sopiva. Yöpymishinta ei ole tasapainossa huoneen laadun kanssa. Keskustassa voi yöpyä samaan hintaan paremmassa hotellissa. Kehityskohteita hotellissa olisi paljon. Esim sänky ja petivaatteet, seuraavaksi kylpyhuone ja huoneen ulkoovi.

"There is no other alternative nearby, so it's ok, if a bit overpriced"

Very friendly and helpful staff, we asked to change the room without any problem, room was very clean and quiet, the outside area with some green, the view to the river and its birds and the traditional coffee place

Aircondition not adjustable (too cold) so we had to change the room and the breakfast needs some improvement incl. coffee, the spa / massage place has no relaxing atmosphere at all

The waiters in the breakfast area was very attentive and helpful.

The room was not cleaned properly they send some one to clean it i informed them,the TV was not working so i informed reception it took them 3hours to send a technician to repair it.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Elgel Hotel and Spa as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great, especially the shower was the best shower we have ever had, it is highly recommendable

The food was less variety
