"No point in booking online because the price is completely different when you get to the hotel."

I like the hotel, it a very nice luxurious looking hotel and the restaurant and cleaning crew are very good.

I booked on booking.com it had a pay at the property option and went to the hotel to pay only to be informed that it wasn't allowed to pay at the property. They insisted i pay with the rate at the hotel which is double the price i saw on booking.com or pay online using a master card. This is a 1st for me because i have booked on this app and payed at the property at different hotels. The duvet covers also had stains on it and the response was that they were out of chemicals to remove the stains so all the covers are like that.

"Not a place I can recommend, bad service and food, no hot water to shower"

Pleasant ambience and design, the swimming pool and spa were clean and nice, but there was no air condition in the room, even if it said so! The food choice was pretty limited, as most of the items on their menu were not even available! Even worse, they could not manage to prepare simple chicken wings, first they were not even available, then when we gave up and ordered just plain potato chips, which were awful too, the kitchen chef personally showed up with the chicken wings - after three hours!!! The airport shuttle was a similar desaster, it was more than one hour late. Unfortunately not a place to recommend, even though the building itself was nice, the service and food were not good at all, sorry. And to top it off, threre was NO hot water in the shower!!!

Pros: Great customer service. Rooms are equipped with the latest technology. Good view. Fair price. Cons The food sucker releases unpleasant smell in the hallway and rooms closer to the hallway window to the right side. There is also bad smell in the bathrooms. Also avoid rooms facing the street. The widows are not insulated. You might face power outage as their generator does work on full capacity.
