This hotel was excellent

It’s not close to the beach but it’s a very nice hotel Aloft never disappoints:)

The entire stay was perfect! The staff, the room, food, location. Perfect for what we were looking for! Horacio, Daniel, Daniel, Emanuel, everyone was so nice and helpful. Amazing. We are going back with friends in February!

Me gustó todo, solo creo que el desayuno debería ser Buffet siempre y no de platos a elección. Todo lo demás me gustó

Great place, it’s the second time we stayed at this hotel. I love its perfectly located, the room is nice and comfortable, the staff is friendly and kind. Around the area there’s plenty of options to eat, I felt very safe walking around in the main street. Pool was nice, I like that they have two, one in the first floor and the other one in the roof top. Also if you plan on having trips, its perfectly located. All of our trips that we booked had no problems picking us up at the hotel reception.

The hotel was very clean and nice. There was an odor in the room, but it was very clean. Loved the roof top bar and the food. We only stayed for 1 day. The front desk lady wasnt very friendly when we were asking her aboit the best way to travel and get around in Tulum.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The breakfast selection was excellent with a variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation.
