Nothing I want a refund

It was not up to par.

Quiet, the staff was great and fixed the problem.

Our first rooms bed had dog hair all over and bed was stiff!. Crumbs on the floor and some ants. Obviously no one cleaned. Also the hot tub was down and was looking forward to using it.

Rooms were clean and nice

Swimming pool was broke and hot tub and that was the only reason I chose the hotel. No where did it disclose that they were broke. They have double charged me for a room I prepaid for on bookings. So now I’m having to call and try to get them to take the charges off my credit card. Just an unnecessary headache. Check in was incredibly hard. New lady did her best but frustrating none the less.

Hotel is dated. Beds were comfortable and shower/water pressure was great. Location was convenient to restaurants, Costco, grocery store, and walk paths along river. It was quiet.

The room could use new paint.

It was close walking distance to town

I got locked in a bathroom in a room by myself. The door was broke and wouldn't open from the inside.
