The location bed was comfortable

Shows an indoor pool got to checking in pool closed for the season. Had to take my grandson to the Aquatics center to make up for no pool. We enjoy a pool & hot tub to relax.

No pool or hot tub. The receptionist had given my reservation to another person. Couldn't stay there because we were afraid to and the purchase was non-refundable so my cancelation was basically just 168 dollars in the toilet. My family and I are highly unsatisfied and disillusioned with the whole experience.

People working were very nice. Easy to get in and out pf. Bed was comfier then I was expecting

Room wasnt clean (paper stashed in the kuerig, hair on the shower wall) and bathroom door had some damage.
