Dommage que le canapé face a la grande baie vitrée ne soit pas plus confortable

Joli bungalow en bois avec une vue magnifique, personnel accueillant et prolixe en explications sur les trails à faire

Chambres glaciale (5° dehors la nuit (2700 m quand même) et un minuscule radiateur électrique à brancher le soir) , matelas plutôt dur dur...mais ça correspond à l'esprit écologique de l'endroit

A fantastic place with wonderful garden and many interesting birds. The hotel sits at about 2700 m above sea level and has spectacular views.

Since the hotel sits at an elevation of about 2700 m at night the temperature drops to near freezing. Unfortunately there is no heating in the cabins and even with 5 blankets on each bed we could not sleep from the cold. The water from the wash basin was so cold that it hurt our fingers. This place would be a wonderful lodge if there would be adequate heating in each cabin. Now you'll suffer through the night; we even had to cancel the second night as we couldn't bear the cold. The food in the restaurant is overpriced and of mediocre quality.

Nice biew of the valley. Various interestig trails starting closeby.Good dinner. Early morning quetzal tour very good, gudes made a big effort so we could see the quetzales.

Superior Bungalow with jaccuzi not worth the extra cost. We would prefer standard bungalow another time.

Views from the cabin and restaurant, gardens teeming with birds, hummingbird garden, trails through the property for seeing birds and waterfalls, old growth trail. Resplendent quetzal flew right into tree next to cabin. Restaurant dinners were excellent.

Not much hot water, jacuzzi in cabin but only 1 inch hot water so couldn’t use it. Would be better using that space in cabin for comfy chair. Bed was very hard as was wooden bench to sit on in cabin. Cabin was cold at night, space heaters helped. Often warmer outside cabin in morning so would be nice to have a couple of chairs outside cabins to sit in sunshine and watch birds.

Die Lodge liegt in schöner gepflegter Umgebung,die dazugehörigen Wanderwege sind toll!

Die Betten waren hart wie Beton,wir haben allesamt schlecht geschlafen,darunter auch junge Menschen die sonst unempfindlich sind. Wir haben weder gefrühstückt noch sonst dort gegessen da alles übertrieben teuer war. Für alles wurde Aufpreis verlangt,selbst für eine vierte Person im gebuchten 4Bett Zimmer,für eine Vogelbeobachtungs Plattform und eine Tasse Tee kostete umgerechnet über 5 Euro. Wir hatten das Gefühl als Gast nur willkommen zu sein um ausgenommen zu werden…
