The property is not near as big as you think, it’s two pools and a few restaurants. Buffet for breakfast is only option. Bars close at 1030, no food even room service is available before 7 am. Shuttle service isn’t available until 8:30 am which doesn’t work for 11 am flight out. They push you on the timeshare. No swim up bar and only had chairs out at the beach one day on 5 day stay.

Wait time for most things were 30 minutes or more. Daily cleaning was minimal.

My only complaint is about the breakfast buffet. They are understaffed. Takes 20 minutes to get a table while standing in heat, even though we see lots of open tables. Once seated, can’t get a waiter to see us. It’d be ok if they had self-serve coffee. No idea why they don’t. That’s an easy fix. Some of us love our morning coffee. We finally found where bacon and sausage was served from the last day. Maybe that’s a members only bit. Besides from that, the steak at the sports bar was amazing. Everything about everything else was awesome. 5 stars for everything but breakfast. The bars pour amazing full shot drinks even though all inclusive.

We went for our wedding anniversary and had an amazing time. I highly recommend staying here! I would avoid the “timeshare” tour they offer but other than that it was a great time and we will be going back with our kids!

I had an awesome time celebrating my 50th Birthday here. The resort was beautiful and its location is picturesque. They crew their kept the place immaculate, they literally were always cleaning. Everyone was accommodating and pleasant. The food was absolutely amazing. Nataly at the front desk was so nice, she had a cake sent to my room and they spelled happy birthday on my bed. They took care of me from the time I got there until I left. I plan to return soon! Thanks

The property only had one pool we could use as a family and it was wildly crowded and dirty.

Property is adequate as a budget option for AI. Don’t expect 5 star anything, but for the price point it’s great value for the money. Staff attention was hit or miss, sometimes great and sometimes severely lacking. They do need many more bartenders. Overall for the price I’d be back with the realistic expectation that I’m at a budget priced resort with food and service accordingly.
